Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms.
The bathrooms are both equipped with a bath, shower, WC, basin and bidet. There are shaver points, good sized mirrors and plenty of hot water from the gas water heater.
Living/Dining Room
The comfortable living room is equipped with sofa and armchairs. The dining area has an extendable table with room for up to eight. Satellite TV, which includes BBC and ITV channels, on a 42inch plasma tv. CD and DVD player are available.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and place settings for six in the lounge.
Outdoors
This ground floor apartment has an extensive terrace, surrounded by mature plants. A gas barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, with a further outdoor dining table, are provided. There is also a communal large outdoor heated swimming pool and childrens pool, heated from April to Ocotober.
